The estate agent's commission is 3% of purchase price, subject to a minimum of 500 Euros. We offer discounts on the commission for more properties bought with our assistance. I hope that you will be intelligent enough not to believe the ''We do not charge commission'' declarations appearing here and there.... unless you do believe that people would work for nothing. There is a saying about the (non) existence of a free lunch....
To help you establish a Bulgarian company - 500 Euros, which will go down to 400 Euros when you buy a property with us (we will refund the 100 Euros). The price includes registration fees, court and notary taxes, lawyer fees, company stamp, translations and some expenses for documents copies and certification. We do not charge an additional amount for registering your company at our lawyer's address and for collecting and passing on any mail, informing you about annual tax returns, council tax, etc.
We do not charge a viewing fee but will ask you for a contribution of 30 leva (15 Euros) per day towards the fuel we use to take you to the villages. We will do our best to show you as many properties as it is physically possible in a day. Your contribution will be fully refunded when you buy a property with us.
